Responsibilities
* Assist the nursery manager in daily operational responsibilities, including planning activities and managing staff schedules
* Supervise staff and ensure that all childcare practices meet regulatory standards and organisational policies
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff
* Support staff training and development initiatives to uphold high standards of childcare and early childhood education
* Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, attendance monitoring, and reporting as required
* Drive organisational initiatives that promote inclusive practices and continuous improvement within the nursery
