A leading property business is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver a range of residential and mixed-use developments across London. The role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
This is a great and exciting opportunity for someone with a background in development, construction, or consultancy who’s confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day management of residential or mixed-use development projects
* Oversee programmes, budgets, and procurement processes
* Manage external consultants and contractors
* Ensure projects meet all planning, design, safety, and compliance standards
* Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
* Report to senior leadership on key milestones and risks
* Support tender processes and contract negotiations (e.g. JCT)
Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in a similar project management role
* Experience delivering residential or mixed-use schemes, ideally in London
* Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and risk management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Degree in construction, real estate, or related field
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
