Are you ready to drive NFU Mutual’s learning strategy? Join our team of experienced Learning Experience Specialists to continue our innovative learning initiatives.
Your responsibilities include designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning solutions in partnership with HR and business experts. You will create engaging blended learning experiences, collaborate with SMEs, utilize innovative technologies, and ensure solutions meet business and learning objectives. The role involves planning, monitoring progress, reporting to stakeholders, and facilitating delivery of in-person or virtual modules.
You will also regularly review learning solutions for market relevance and accessibility, including for neurodiverse personnel.
About you
You should have proficiency in instructional design principles, experience in designing modern learning solutions, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of emerging content creation technologies like web platforms, gamification, VR, and AR is essential. Building collaborative relationships and presenting to all levels of stakeholders are key skills for this role.
