Job Overview
You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct, promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture. Your core selling responsibilities include Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers. You will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. Job Responsibilities
* Develop an in depth understanding of our residential and commercial product offering.
* Support internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
* Demonstrate superior product selection capabilities, offering alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
* Proactively call customers to drive sales and increase margins.
* Enter orders and track shipment where necessary.
* Provide post‑sale support as required.
* Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
* Perform other duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge.
* 5+ years of customer service experience.
* Experience supporting the sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
* Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and decision‑making skills.
* Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
* Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
