Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (Pro Rata for Part-Time)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available)

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a background in the hotel or hospitality sector? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team at a well-established, high-performing hotel in the Croydon area.

What You'll Be Doing as the Hotel Finance Assistant:
* Supporting the General Manager with daily accounting operations
* Handling accounts payable and receivable
* Assisting with bank reconciliations, revenue audits, and month-end processes
* Preparing financial reports and supporting the budgeting process
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
* Liaising with department heads and providing financial insight
What We're Looking For in a Hotel Finance Assistant:
* Previous finance experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g. Sage, Opera, or similar PMS/finance systems)
* A high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a close-knit team
