Our client are looking for a friendly, passionate Deputy Room Leader to support their dedicated and creative team in nurturing young children’s growth and development. Role Overview: As Deputy Room Leader, you will assist in leading the baby room (21 babies) team to create a caring, stimulating environment that encourages children’s confidence, independence, and well-being. You will support the Nursery Leadership team, help supervise staff and students, and ensure daily routines and records are maintained accurately.
