Oakleaf are partnered with a leading financial services organisation to support them in their search for a Reward Analyst. This role will be based in Southampton and report into the Head of Compensation.
Responsibilities:
* Data and analytics for all annual compensation processes
* Support on the annual salary and incentive cycle
* Analysing compensation surveys
* Upkeep of Reward systems and trackers
Desired skills:
* Experience working within financial services would be ideal
* Understanding of WTW and McLagan compensation data
* Very strong Excel skills
* Minimum of 3 years experience
