We’re now seeking an Office Administrator to join our dedicated team and help deliver exceptional analytical services. Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join and provide support for our small team in Wishaw. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our testing services, supporting both customer-facing and internal processes. You will manage core administrative functions and coordinate efficiently between clients, suppliers, and laboratory staff. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and issue quotations & invoices for customers · Receipt and process purchase transactions · File job cards upon completion of work · Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers · Assist lab staff with Logging incoming samples into LIMS database · Provide general administrative support as per business requirements.
