As Fusion is now entering the delivery and execution phase, we are looking for a Strategic Analyst to report to the Head of Fusion.
As a Strategic Analyst, you will be a key member of the Fusion Office, ensuring proper coordination and follow through on the main projects and topics (tracking status of deliverables and milestones, coordination of program governance, etc.), undertake project management of specific projects and provide support to the Head of Fusion on key initiatives.
The role requires to maintain regular contact with a large and global network across AXA XL and AXA Group (including business, operations, finance and technology representatives and leaders).

What will your essential responsibilities include?
* This is a full-time assignment. The successful candidate will be supporting the strategic project and the execution of all related transversal initiatives.
* Support the Head of Fusion and the Program Director to define, plan and execute projects per program governance guidelines and collaboration with other teams.
* Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis as required for internal purpose and/or for various governance bodies
* Contribute to building the necessary material to feed the discussion and facilitate decision making on critical strategies and execution matters for the Head of Fusion, the Leadership Team and the relevant Steering Committees and other relevant internal governance bodies
* Contribute with the Program Director and the Finance function to assess and/or audit business cases.
* Ensure that initiatives are successfully tracked by working with initiatives owners to build and update roadmaps as needed, tracking progress towards milestones
* Tracks and report on key metrics showing progress on project pace and value capture compared to plan
* Provides to the Fusion Office as well as the Initiative Owners problem-solving and escalation support as needed
Master’s level graduate with strong analytical and strategic skills. With experience in consulting and/or corporate strategy, ideally in a financial services firm. We are looking for someone who has the following abilities and skills:
* Autonomy / ownership in his/her work
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills, coupled with excellent PowerPoint skills
* Capacity to interact inside his team and with stakeholders from various seniority level
* Perfectly fluent in English (written & spoken)
* Highly motivated to work within AXA XL and become part of a dynamic team
* Rigorous, proactive and eager to learn about commercial insurance
* Proficient use of Excel
* Time management and organization skills
* Result and execution orientated
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Be highly adaptable, due to the international environment as well as to evolving missions
