Overview
Electrician — Permanent, Full Time. We are looking to recruit an Electrician to join our team, working across commercial and residential properties in a mobile role.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical equipment
* Diagnosing and identifying electrical faults
* Performing electrical equipment repairs, installations, modifications, and replacements
* PAT Testing and inspecting electrical systems
* Completing all necessary paperwork and certification for works undertaken
* Using handheld technology / mobile app to complete work sheets
* Assisting other trades and undertaking additional training to expand skills
* Procuring materials and equipment required to complete works

About You
* City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the building industry
* Previous experience in maintenance and building environments (commercial or residential)
* A strong understanding of Health & Safety (HSE) standards
* Full UK Driver's License (not essential)
* Previous experience using handheld technology / smartphones
* A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible to meet client needs (including overtime / OOH works)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Pride in delivering work to the highest standard
