Responsibilities
 * Overseeing the management of multiple insurance claims from start to completion
 * Managing in-house tradesmen and subcontractors
 * Programming, sequencing, and sourcing materials to effect successful repairs
 * Controlling labour, subcontractors, and material costs
 * Conducting site visits for meetings with policyholders and tradesmen
 * Office based planning and communications
Qualifications
 * Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role with a strong background in building trades
 * Experience of insurance re-instatement would be a great advantage, however not essential and they provide an onboarding process and suitable training
 * Excellent communication skills within the team environment
 * Experience in a similar customer facing role within the building trade is advantageous
 * Experience running a team of trades people would be an advantage
 * H and S knowledge
Salary and Benefits
The role would be a perfect opportunity for a tradesperson to move from on the tools to in the office environment. In return, you will receive a company van, and a salary of up to GBP 40,000 per annum depending on experience (hourly paid based on 42.50 hour standard week 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday; hours negotiable).
