Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Support:
* Provide first and second-line HR support for employee queries and requests
* Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
* Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on complex matters
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and Right to Work requirements
Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless new joiner experiences
* Draft and issue employment contracts and offer letters with accuracy
* Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and candidate communications
* Lead exit interviews and offboarding processes
HR Administration:
* Maintain comprehensive HR system records for starters, leavers, and changes
* Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data
* Manage reward and recognition programmes
* Track and manage probation periods and contract changes
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor with strong employment law knowledge
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Right to Work legislation
