As the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and youll report into the contract manager. You will spend about 80% of your time supervising and ensuring your team are completing all PPMs and reactives on time and in accordance with the contract, and 20% of your time will be spent supporting the team on the tools and being technical support.
The successful Maintenance Supervisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be an inspiring team leader and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong engineering background, ideally electrical. xsngvjr
