With three age groups across two well-equipped rooms, we focus on providing high-quality care and education, rooted in the EYFS framework. Our passionate team of 12 staff members work collaboratively to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, where career development and staff wellbeing are priorities. Please note: there is no on-site parking available, but the nursery is easily accessible via public transport, with Caledonian Road Underground Station just a short walk away. The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of early years education and care, fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Support childrens physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Observe, assess, and record childrens progress and help plan next steps. Promote positive relationships with parents and carers. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment. Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions. Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures. Essential Skills and Experience: CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent. At least 12 years experience in a nursery or childcare setting. Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
