Job Overview
The Bob's Squad National Sales Manager plays a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes, and maintains Bob's Culture, ensures a world-class virtual sales experience, and promotes the company's direction. The role involves leading the Bob's Squad Sales Call Center to perform beyond sales targets in alignment with the company's core values and vision, exemplifying leadership by example. The primary goal is to execute a virtual sales strategy and drive innovation to enhance national sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess leadership, sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a focus on fostering a high-performing team adaptable to market changes. The manager will actively engage, mentor, motivate, and identify professional development opportunities for direct and indirect reports.
The manager will collaborate with Senior Management to ensure adequate staffing of the sales channel to meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring adherence to company policies and managing employee relations issues in partnership with HR, Operations, and Loss Prevention.
This position is primarily remote.

Minimum Qualifications
* Experience: Several years in sales, preferably in leadership or management roles
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Physical Demands
* Ability to work virtually for extended periods
* Occasional travel may be required

Expected Base Pay (excluding commissions, incentives, bonuses): $80k-$115k base + 20% bonus target
