Skills & Qualities A People Person – friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships. Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues. A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment. Tech savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records. Resilient, with the able to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods No prior property experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service. Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.
