What You Will Do Manage a statutory Adult Social Care caseload in line with legislative and local authority requirements. Conduct strengths-based assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014. Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans to promote independence and wellbeing. Respond to adult safeguarding enquiries and contribute to safeguarding investigations where required. Work collaboratively with health services, voluntary organisations, and partner agencies to coordinate effective support. Participate in the team duty rota, responding promptly to urgent referrals and safeguarding concerns. Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation in line with statutory standards. Requirements Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England. Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience within Adult Social Care in a local authority setting. Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding, Care Act legislation, and strengths-based practice. Excellent communication, assessment, and partnership-working skills. Why Work in Trafford?
