Subject to formal establishment, Joint Boarding process and sS Policies, a vacancy will arise for a OF4 to serve as Deputy National Lead, Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercise (CWIX) at Mod Corsham on Additional Duties Commitment (ADC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 May 26 (or earlier/later, subject to formal establishment and candidate status). Up to 100 RSDs per year are available for the right candidate to conduct the role. Unit Function Delivery of integrated information solutions and services to the Defence-wide User / Customer community. Position Role As part of the delivery of integrated information solutions and services to the Defence wide user/customer community the SO1 CWIX Deputy National Lead will provide CIS planning expertise and act as an SME on all CWIX planning conferences and the exercise phase working with Joint Warfare to cohere interoperability activities and develop UK coalition capabilities through experimentation and exercising. Whilst the post is based at MOD Corsham, there is scope for hybrid working with working from home, MOD Corsham and when required, other units. Responsibilities The role includes, although is not limited to: Support to the Joint Warfare (JW) Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXamination, eXperimentation, eXploration, eXercise (CWIX) National Lead. Corral, support and promote CWIX, ensuring awareness of interoperability and benefits of CWIX, across Defence with the National Lead.efence Digital Technical Lead for CWIX. Engagement with Senior Leaders across UK for funding, capabilities, experimentation, and attention. During planning and execution engagement on-behalf of UK at Strategic Level up to 4*. Liaise with all elements of defence including Partners Across Government (PAG). Strategic and interoperability planning for both Federated Mission Network (FMN) and future capabilities. Accountability: SO1 CWIX Dep National Lead Role is accountable to DACOS J5 Ops & Plans. ACOS J5 is the Second Reporting Officer.
