This is a fantastic opportunity for Maths graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with strong subject knowledge looking to gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive environment. Your Role: Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students Support pupils in developing confidence, understanding, and enjoyment of Mathematics Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs and abilities Work collaboratively with qualified teachers and mentors to plan and refine lessons Take part in ongoing professional development and contribute to wider school life What We're Looking For: A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject, or strong subject knowledge Experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or classroom support - desirable but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence, organisation, and a proactive attitude A genuine passion for education and willingness to develop professionally An interest in progressing to formal teacher training routes (PGCE, SCITT, apprenticeship) An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply Why Apply?
