Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for freelance and employed trainers.
Manage trainer applications, screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate records and databases of trainer information, qualifications, and compliance documents.
Support with creating job adverts, posting vacancies, and liaising with candidates.
Ensure trainers are fully briefed, inducted, and compliant before assignments.
Work closely with internal teams to forecast trainer requirements and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Provide excellent candidate care and uphold our organisations professional standards.
About You: Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or coordination is desirable.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills (MS Office, HR/ATS systems).
