As Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, at the heart of branch operations, responsible for timely and efficient parts supply. You will be the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and your branch colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers up to date and ensuring customer requirements are met. Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered in line with operational needs. Assist with delivery and collection of parts when required, ensuring parts are packaged and documented correctly.
