What You Will Do
* Ensure the delivery of high‑quality systems engineering through integration, verification, and validation processes.
* Create and maintain essential artefacts such as strategies, plans, procedures, compliance matrices, and reports.
* Lead the development of test equipment and fixtures, ensuring lifecycle requirements are met.
* Oversee safety and security aspects of testing environments and facilities.
* Support qualification activities, including in‑house and external testing.
* Actively contribute to improving processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
What You Will Bring
* Strong knowledge of systems engineering and validation processes across hardware, software, and firmware.
* Experience in designing and delivering specialised test equipment.
* Familiarity with industry standards such as INCOSE and ISO 15288.
* Flexibility to travel within the UK for stakeholder and customer support.
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain DV security clearance.
Location: This role is based onsite in Maidenhead, with occasional travel required to support external stakeholders and test facilities.
