About the Role: You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education, supporting the development of children aged 3-5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Working closely with room leaders and other practitioners, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration, communication, and personal growth. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in the early years sector, holding a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare, and confident in using observation and assessment to plan effectively for children's individual needs.
