Clinical Nurse Lead (RMN) Salary: £23.50 per hour Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-Time Active NMC Nurse PIN (RMN) Required An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Lead to join a specialist care provider supporting adults with complex mental health needs. This role is ideal for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care while developing their leadership and management skills within a supportive and progressive environment. As Clinical Nurse Lead, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, support service development initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the service. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding care. Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals and performance reviews. Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Act as a visible and approachable clinical leader within the service. Support recruitment, induction and ongoing development of clinical staff. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and external healthcare professionals. Assist the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the service. Deputise for the Registered Manager when required. Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support as needed. About You To be considered for this role, you will have: An active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). A minimum of 4 years' post-registration nursing experience. Previous experience in a senior nursing, clinical lead or supervisory position. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. A sound understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards. A commitment to delivering person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes. What's on Offer?
