The Guest Relations Executive is part of the Guest Relations department within the Rooms team. The Guest Relations Executive is the face of Four Seasons Hampshire working alongside the Guest Relations Manager to create the most memorable experiences for our VIP guests from beginning to end. This role heavily focuses on the pre-arrival experience where all the planning takes place prior to arrival. You will ensure a ensure a seamless arrival, a memorable stay and a seamless departure.
You will need to have the desire to serve others and look for opportunities to exceed guest experiences. You will be a service ambassador for our hotel and deliver only the best exceptional guest experience, where your warm greeting and attentive service will touch the hearts of our guests.
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent oral and written English communication skills
2. Previous front desk, concierge or reservations experience required
3. Experience with phone and computers systems including Opera preferred
