Influencer Manager | High Wycombe
We’re currently looking for an Influencer Manager to join The Perfume Shop. This role involves working with the PR team on the brand's growth strategy and implementing organic and paid influencer strategies to enhance brand awareness, advocacy, and conversion.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, requiring 3 days in the office per week.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop plans for Paid Influencer Content, focusing on key trading periods and content opportunities.
2. Engage with influencers directly or through agents to secure paid content across social channels.
3. Negotiate scope of work, onboarding, contracting, and manage relationships.
4. Optimize engagement by negotiating rates, managing legal contracts, and overseeing content delivery.
5. Monitor performance and report regularly to senior management.
6. Identify potential collaboration opportunities on social media.
7. Work with PR & Comms teams to find influencers aligned with the brand.
What You’ll Bring
1. Experience in Influencer Marketing within Beauty, Fashion, or Retail.
2. Enthusiasm for talent and content creators.
3. Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship skills.
4. Experience managing budgets effectively.
5. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results.
6. Self-motivated, action-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
