Grade: Teachers Main Pay - UPR Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Working Pattern: All Year Round Actual Salary: 31,650 - 49,084 SEN 2,679 Interview Date: Week commencing 6th October 2025 Oak Haven School is a nurturing, inclusive, and specialist SEMH setting for Key Stage 2 to 4 learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Our mission is to provide a safe, empowering environment where every young person is supported to Empower, Heal, and Thrive. Newly established in September 2025, we are now looking for a Class Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be based within our Nurture pathway teaching a broad and balanced curriculum to pupils in Key Stages 2-4 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, using trauma-informed and relational approaches to create a safe and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will focus on developing pupils' emotional well-being, social skills, and engagement with learning.
