Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cut meat according to customer specifications (Training given)
– Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butchery area
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred
– Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper meat handling techniques
– Strong knife skills and ability to use butcher equipment safely
– Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
