We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to supports the Administrator and the management team. You will cover receptionist and telephone duties which involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting visitors and dealing with queries, as well as any appropriate follow up action.

4. Create a welcoming atmosphere for enquirers to the door, show rounds, new residents, relatives and friends that come into the home.
