About Momenta 360 Momenta 360, part of Momenta Connect under Outcomes First Group (OFG), offers an integrated pathway for pupils to successfully reintegrate back into school. Through therapeutic support, mentoring, face-to-face and live online learning, Momenta 360 supports pupils struggling to engage with education, including those experiencing emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) or at risk of becoming children missing education (CME). Our mission is to deliver educational excellence for all by combining therapeutic and academic support that transforms lives. Job Purpose: As the Momenta 360 Lead, you will own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will be accountable for ensuring Momenta 360 delivers measurable outcomes, improved attendance, successful reintegration, and better academic and emotional outcomes for pupils. You will drive collaboration across education specialists, therapists, operational teams and school partners, while championing Momenta 360 internally and externally to schools, local authorities, funders and the wider sector. What you'll do: Define, refine and deliver the Momenta 360 product strategy and roadmap in line with OFG’s mission. Prioritise features and enhancements based on impact, need, cost and risk. Ensure the programme is pedagogically sound and therapeutically appropriate, working closely with Education Specialists and Therapists. Establish and monitor KPIs including attendance, reintegration rates, engagement and retention. Partner with the Business Development team to support adoption by schools and local authorities. Champion Momenta 360 with internal teams and external stakeholders — including schools, local authorities, conferences and sector forums. Support schools and partners in navigating funding routes such as Pupil Premium, High Needs Funding and EHCP pathways. Maintain awareness of market and competitor developments across edtech, reintegration and therapeutic support. Ensure quality, safeguarding and compliance with education regulations and data protection requirements. Key Success Measures Number of schools adopting Momenta 360 Time from enrolment to active participation Improvement in pupil attendance and EBSA reduction Rate of successful reintegration into school Satisfaction scores from schools, pupils and families Operational efficiency and scalability What we're looking for: Essential Senior clinician or senior educationalist (qualified) Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams Experience working with schools, local authorities or educational stakeholders Strong domain empathy across education, therapeutic support, wellbeing and digital delivery Excellent communication and storytelling skills, confident presenting to schools, funders and executives Strong stakeholder management skills Technical literacy and comfort working with digital delivery platforms Knowledge of safeguarding and educational compliance Passion for social impact and improving access to education Desirable
Experience scaling a product or programme within the UK education system Understanding of funding mechanisms (Pupil Premium, High Needs Funding, EHCP, etc.) Background or exposure to therapeutic or mental health services Prior experience in reintegration, attendance interventions or education recovery programmes What You’ll Gain
