Job Description Aramark UK are currently recruiting two Chefs in their Education sector to join our team at Hartpury University & College, GL193BE. Job Responsibilities Cooking and preparing food ready for grab & go & lunch service, ensuring minimal wastage. Supporting functions/hospitality events. Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks. Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals. Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records. Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence. Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
