Engineering Qualifications Level 3 or Above Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager. Leadership and Supervisor Experience Experience in managing engineers on a daily basis Experience in planning and organising PPMs Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Willing to be Hands on Desirable for the Engineering Shift Manager. Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer/Engineering Shift Team Leader/Engineering Supervisor/Engineering Manager in the UK.
