They are on the hunt for a detailed driven and conscientious Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Mainland Europe. Successful candidates must hold extensive mission critical experience and be comfortable working in a face paced, high pressure environment. Key Responsibilities of Mechanical Supervisor * Oversee Site QA activities alongside the Mechanical Package Manager, including setup, administration, and finalization of QA documentation. * Experienced in managing the Project Schedule collaboratively with other trades, Package Leads, consulting engineers, and client stakeholders. * Support the management of all package-related costs, including subcontractors, material deliveries and receipting, plant and equipment, variations, and valuations. * Management of all day to day on site operations. * Attend site, project, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover meetings. * Complete project close-out items- including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety, and QA files- with support from the Mechanical Package Manager. Mechanical Supervisor Requirements: * Relevant engineering certification or substantial industry experience. * Skilled in using Word, Excel, and related computer programs. * Fluent English. * Willing to travel as required. * Proven experience in the coordination and management of complex projects.
