Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking *experienced Critical Care Nurses* to support a lovely lady in Eastbourne who requires advanced clinical care following a spinal cord injury. This role involves managing complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, bowel management, suprapubic catheter care, and hoist transfers.You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality care, mentoring HCAs, and ensuring the care plan is followed with clinical oversight from our *Nurse Practitioner team*.
