Sales Manager Locations: Manchester, Liverpool, Lancaster, Glasgow, Edinburgh & Carlisle Salary: £65,000 – £68,000 bonus We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales performance across a portfolio of care homes in the North of England and Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader with experience in multi-site sales growth, commercial strategy, and team development. The Role As Sales Manager, you will: Develop and deliver annual and quarterly sales plans to drive occupancy, revenue, and fee growth. Work with Operations Directors and finance teams to set and achieve clear sales targets. Provide hands-on support to new build and occupancy-challenged homes, boosting sales performance. Track and report on sales pipelines using Salesforce, ensuring strong compliance from enquiry to conversion. Coach and develop Home Managers (HMs) and Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to improve conversion rates and enhance sales effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing to test new strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Support and deliver sales training programmes to build capability and consistency across the team. Analyse competitor activity to optimise pricing and positioning. About You We are looking for a Sales Manager with: A strong track record of delivering sales growth and hitting targets in a multi-site environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills. Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach to sales management. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
