Fenergo (KYC) System Support – 3m Contract (Possible Extensions)
Pay Rate: £300 -£400 per day via umbrella
Remote - option to go to the office in London
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fenergo KYC System Support Specialist with strong experience in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), onboarding workflows, and financial compliance processes. The ideal candidate will support, configure, and enhance Fenergo-based KYC systems while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver ongoing support and upkeep for Fenergo CLM applications.
* Set up and oversee KYC onboarding processes, including policies and rule configurations.
* Investigate and fix production-related issues promptly to reduce downtime.
* Partner with integration teams to ensure smooth data exchange across connected systems.
* Assist with API connectivity and maintain stable system interactions.
* Track system health and contribute to analytics and reporting for onboarding and lifecycle activities.
* Support deployment of system improvements, updates, and fixes.
* Engage with business users to capture KYC/AML needs and convert them into technical configurations.
* Keep clear and updated documentation covering support procedures, configurations, and problem resolutions
Requirements:
* Immediately Available to start the contract or on a short notice period (max 2 weeks).
* Hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM (Fen-E / Fen-X) configuration and support.
* Financial Services background (preferably Fintech, Payments or Banking)
* Experience with API integration and system connectivity is desirable.
