Administrator – Facilities Management (Fareham)
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Location: Fareham (Head Office – Full Time, On-Site)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,500
Contract: Temp to Perm
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their busy head office team in Fareham. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative experience and excellent Excel skills who can support commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities Management team
2. Prepare and issue quotes for commercial clients
3. Maintain Excel trackers and update data accurately
4. Handle billing and accounts administration
5. Monitor payments and chase outstanding invoices when required
6. Manage emails and internal/external communication
7. Support the wider team with general administrative duties
Experience & Skills Required
8. Strong Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting)
9. Previous administrative experience
10. Confident managing emails and office systems
11. Experience in quoting and accounts/billing
12. Excellent organisation and attention to detail
13. Ability to work independently and within a team
