As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel—present throughout all areas of the operation with a focus on elevating guest satisfaction, service standards, and smooth daily function. This is a dynamic, hands-on supervisory role designed for a flexible and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-department environment. You will work across various departments including Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Executive Lounge, Conference & Events, and Duty Manager shifts. Comprehensive cross-training will be provided across all operational areas to ensure confidence, capability, and expertise in delivering consistent service standards, regardless of the department you are supporting. Key Responsibilities: Act as an ambassador for Hilton TECA, providing a warm, visible, and approachable presence in the lobby and guest areas. Proactively recognizing guest needs and creating memorable moments through unexpected touches. Maintaining a strong, approachable presence across the hotel, interacting with guests, assisting team members, and elevating the overall guest experience. Overseeing the POD team while ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments. Perform POD responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during your shift and being the first point of contact for guest issues or escalations. Support and cover Front Desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and room assignments. Assist in Food & Beverage department, including breakfast service, restaurant supervision, bar coverage, as required. Support guest experience in Executive Lounge when required. Provide operational assistance when required within Conference & Events, helping ensure successful event execution and guest satisfaction. Resolve in person guest concerns at first point of contact promptly and professionally, using initiative to exceed expectations. Support departmental teams in peak periods or during staff shortages, offering flexibility and leadership by example. Supervise and guide team members in absence of department heads, ensuring standards are upheld. Maintain a strong working knowledge of all hotel facilities, services, and local area information to assist guests. Conduct regular pod walks to ensure visibility across all departments, check in with team members, and monitor cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational flow. Proactively identify and report any Health & Safety concerns, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and legal requirements. Respond appropriately to incidents, hazards, or emergencies, following established health and safety procedures. Handle and respond to any reasonable requests from management or guests in a fair, respectful, and solution-oriented manner, escalating when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience in a hotel operations or supervisory role is preferred. Strong guest service orientation with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset. Genuinely passionate about hospitality, with a natural, guest-centric approach to service Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and departmental needs. A steady and confident leader who thrives under pressure and adapts effortlessly to changing environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
