Due to our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our Independent Specialist School in Peterborough. This is a rewarding role within a supportive, forward-thinking educational setting that makes a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
About Us
We are a specialist independent school providing tailored education to children and young people aged 9–19 years with a range of disabilities, primarily a diagnosis of autism, often with additional needs. Our approach is therapeutically informed, focusing on nurturing communication, social development, and life skills alongside academic achievement.
Our ethos is rooted in person-centred education. We believe in helping every learner acquire not only core academic skills—such as numeracy, literacy, and IT—but also the personal and life skills that will support their transition into adulthood.
No two days are ever the same. While the role can be challenging at times, it is always positive and deeply rewarding.
