What You'll Be DoingPreparing delicious, high‑quality meals that delight our residentsOverseeing and implementing menu changesIdentifying opportunities to improve the food serviceListening and responding to resident and customer feedbackSupporting the creation of new menus and creative food ideasRepresenting Healthcare with a positive and professional attitudeMonitoring stock and ensuring the kitchen stays well‑suppliedMaintaining excellent hygiene standards and overseeing kitchen cleanlinessEnsuring full compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations What We're Looking ForA genuine passion for great‑tasting food and exceptional serviceCity & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalentExperience supervising a teamPrevious experience in a similar Chef roleA valid Food Hygiene certificateA flexible, positive, can‑do attitudeAs part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
