Job Description:
Prospero Teaching is looking to place an enthusiastic and capable classroom assistant to provide direct 1:1 support with a pupil in a mainstream school graded GOOD at last inspection. The Y5 learner has some ASD need and is well settled in the school.
The successful candidate will:

· Location – Mid Dorset

· Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate GBP84 per hour worked day ( per hour)
· Hours – 8:20 am – 4pm (may vary)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Good level of education
· Minimum 1 year experience of working with children or young people in the UK
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
