What Youll Be Doing
* Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
* Booking and conducting viewings with professionalism and energy
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
* Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
* Providing a standout customer experience from start to finish
* Staying up to date with market trends and local values
* Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets
Who Were Looking For
* Proven experience in residential property sales
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* First-class customer service with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Organised, detail-focused, and target-driven
* Knowledge of the property market is a big plus
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
