Key Responsibilities of Specialist Teacher:
* Deliver high-quality, targeted lessons in your specialist subject area.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress effectively.
Requirements for Specialist Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
* Experience in specialist teaching within a school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for education and student development.
* Relevant qualifications or training in your specialist area (desirable but not essential).

* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
