As Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will ideally be confident in s ervice delivery, have strong administration skills and the ability to sell. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess an engaging manner, with the ability to implement company standards.
You will be tasked with converting Wedding and Event enquiries into bookings, the running of a wedding operationally on the day and the professional administration in the department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan weddings and events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients and customers, addressing any queries or concerns
Conduct show rounds, ensuring the venue is set correctly, listening to customer needs and requirements
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain organisation throughout the planning process.
Collaborate with vendors and venues to ensure seamless execution of events
Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members efficiently.

Flexible and able to work some weekends although a Monday Friday pattern will be achievable some weeks.
