You must have classroom experience and hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Learning Support Assistants (SEND): You’ll have experience supporting students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD/SLD, Physical Disabilities, Speech & Language Difficulties, and GDD.
