We are partnering with an established full-service law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor to handle a varied and engaging caseload within a supportive and collaborative practice.
They are seeking a solicitor who enjoys working autonomously while remaining part of a close-knit litigation team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious matters for both individuals and businesses.
Typical duties for the role will include:
* Managing a broad caseload of contentious matters from instruction through to resolution.
* Handling disputes including property and landlord and tenant matters.
* Advising on enfranchisement disputes and related property litigation.
* Acting on contract and commercial disputes.
* Handling professional negligence matters.
* Advising on neighbour disputes and party wall issues.
* Assisting with employment, company and partnership disputes where required.
The successful candidate will have:
* 2+ years’ PQE in litigation or dispute resolution.
* Experience managing a varied litigation caseload.
* Confidence handling matters independently while working within a team environment.
* Strong client relationship and communication skills.
* A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
* A proactive and organised approach to managing files.
