Position: Part-Time Billing Administrator
We are seeking a PART-TIME Billing Administrator to join the team on a FIXED TERM 12-month contract, working 15 hours a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
* Provide front-end support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
* Process billing, including receiving invoices, entering data into the system, reconciling, and posting.
* Handle manual billing for carrier accounts.
* Communicate daily with key departments.
* Perform general office administrative tasks.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers on various issues.
* Engage in informal training to develop additional skills.
* Participate in a variety of ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Basic experience with Microsoft Excel.
