* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to aid effective decision‑making.
* Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
* Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
* Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and advice.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.
Profile
* Experience within a similar role.
* Experience working within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
