We are looking for motivated & enthusiastic individuals who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes in North, East and West Sutherland to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holders need to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holders will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.

A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, travel expenses available. There may be access to pool vehicles in rural areas.
