Job Overview
1. The IT Change-Ordinator role is an administration role to support the IT Change Manager in the ensuring the Mitie Change Management process is followed to evidence that all proposed changes to the Mitie IT production environment are fit for purpose.
Main Duties
2. Reviewing submitted RFCs (Request for Change templates) to ensure all information required is provided and can be progressed to approval Working with colleagues and external contacts to seek additional information Preparing a weekly list of changes for review at the IS RFC Review meetings and attend the meetings to document actions as discussed Preparing reports / statistics using the change management database reporting function Manage the IT Change Mailbox in conjunction with the IT Change Manager Attend various meetings to provide information and status updates on RFCs Identifying potential candidates for Standard Change and then create relevant Standard Change RFC templates Deputising for the Mitie IT Change Manager as required

Strong administration skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively Structured, methodical approach with discipline to follow documented processes Diplomacy and ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence to push back where necessary Effective decision maker who can take responsibility quickly Team player who can work with the minimum of supervision Ability to work with a variety of personalities to champion best practice Experience of working in a high-pressure environment Good working knowledge of Office Able to attend the Bristol office one a week Experience of working within IT Change Management (desirable not essential) Experience in working with an outsourced 3rd Party IT support provider (desirable not essential) Experience in ServiceNow (IT Service Management tool) (desirable not essential)
